What to lead when partner overcalls a suit by linda j green

What do you lead when partner overcalls a suit?

Partner overcalls a suit usually for a lead, and not necessarily to buy the contract, promising at least two of the top 3 honors, and usually a 5-card suit at the one level. A 6-card suit in a minor at the 2 level.

With 18 HCP or more partner would double first and then bid!

 Your choice:
A: 6. When partner overcalls there is a reason. Lead a low card as this is a No Trump contract. If Declarer has Qxx and partner KJ10xx declarer will not make one trick in that suit. Low shows length and may have an honor.
If you lead your own suit, you may lose your partner!
