Your opponent has opened a preemptive bid, and you have a good hand. You might want to bid.

Don't let yourself be distracted. With an opener and a good and long suit, you can bid it, even at a high-level. With shortness in their suit, you still have the take-out double as a weapon, and with a strong balanced hand, the No-Trump overcall keeps its natural meaning.
