For this first quiz of the first edition of VuBridge Slams, we’ll have a look at Roman Key Card Blackwood (RKCB).

When you have found a fit, 4NT asks for the number of keycards.
There are five keycards: The four Aces and the King of trumps.

These are the responses to 4NT:
5 – 3 or 0
5 – 4 or 1
5 – 2 without the Queen of trumps
5 – 2 with the Queen of trumps

No matter if opponents have two Aces, Ace-King of trumps or an Ace and the King of trumps, with only three keycards out of five you need to stop at the five-level.
